Niceone promo code 2026

The Niceone coupon that works right now

The best Niceone discount code on Koubonat right now is CC27, with MP29 as the backup. Niceone (Nice One) is a Saudi beauty and personal-care store that sells through its app and niceonesa.com and ships from the Kingdom to the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman. Koubonat's live codes are CC27, CC26, and MP29, entered in the “Do you have coupon?” field after you pick a payment method. This page is a practical shopping guide by section — perfumes, makeup, skincare, hair, and devices — plus how to use the app and when a code applies and when it does not.

Shoppers land here from searches like “niceone code”, “niceone promo code”, “niceone coupon”, “niceone discount code”. The workflow is the same every time: copy the code from the card, open Niceone from the deal button, and paste the code in the promo field before paying.

Get to know Niceone before you buy

Shoppers spell the store several ways — Niceone, Nice One, NiceOne, and نايس وان or نايس ون in Arabic — and they all lead to the same shop, niceonesa.com. Behind it is Nice One Beauty Digital Marketing Company, registered in Riyadh under a commercial registration dated 30 April 2017, which began as an online start-up and became the largest platform dedicated to beauty and personal care in the Kingdom. On 8 January 2025 its shares listed on the Tadawul Main Market under ticker 4193 at an offer price of SAR 35, making it the first tech unicorn to join the Main Market.

The app is the main sales channel: according to the company's 2025 annual report it has passed 14 million downloads since launch, holds a 4.6 rating on both the App Store and Google Play, and averages more than 380,000 daily visitors, with 3.8 million orders fulfilled during 2025. That year it opened a new 12,760-square-metre warehouse in Jeddah, lifted the share of same-day deliveries from 23% in 2024 to 40%, acquired the Option B perfume brand, launched the Tela bedding brand, and set up a UAE subsidiary for trading perfumes and cosmetics.

Anyone searching for a niceone promo code or a niceone coupon should know two rules from the official help centre first: a coupon does not apply to discounted or on-offer products, and it does not stack with another coupon, a bank card discount, an Apple Pay discount, or the Qitaf Tamayouz discount. That means CC27, CC26, or MP29 works on full-price items, so it pays most on a basket of non-discounted products, while sale items in a campaign such as the Pink October offers are best bought at the campaign price itself.

Nice One says all of its products and perfumes are 100% original, and the store covers makeup, perfumes, care, health and nutrition, devices, nails, contact lenses, home scents, gifts, a Premium section, and Tela Home. Koubonat is an independent coupon site, not the official store; the codes on the cards above are the same ones we track on our main Nice One page, and this page focuses on how to shop each section with the right code and on the differences between ordering inside Saudi Arabia and ordering to the other Gulf countries.

Best Niceone categories to save on

• Perfumes: designer and Option B: International and Arabic fragrances at higher prices, so a code saves more riyals on a full-price bottle; Option B, the perfume brand the company acquired in 2025, is now part of its range.
• Makeup: face, eyes, and lips: Foundation, concealer, powder, primer, and setting spray; mascara, eyeliner, eyeshadow, and lashes; lipstick, tint, and gloss. Check the shade before paying, because beauty products cannot be returned.
• Skincare: Cleansers, serums, sunscreens, and moisturisers; group them in one full-price order to pass SAR 300 for free shipping inside the Kingdom alongside the code.
• Hair care: Shampoo, conditioner, masks, and treatment oils — repeat buys that suit a regular monthly order with one of Koubonat's codes.
• Devices: Hair dryers, straighteners, and grooming devices; this is the one category Nice One accepts back if it is unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
• Lenses, nails, and home scents: Extra sections that round out a basket — contact lenses, nail polish, home fragrance, and Tela Home bedding — handy for reaching the free-shipping minimum.

Niceone shipping and delivery

• Nice One ships to six countries — Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar — according to its help centre.
• Shipping is free inside the Kingdom on orders over SAR 300, and on orders outside the Kingdom over SAR 1,000.
• Stated delivery times: within 48 hours in Riyadh, within 8 days elsewhere in the Kingdom, and within 10 days outside Saudi Arabia.
• Outside Riyadh, some couriers ask the customer to collect the parcel from their branch and only deliver to the address on request.
• Track an order, or cancel it before it ships, from My Account then My Orders on the site or app.

Niceone payment options

The code applies before you pick a payment method, so the discount shows however you pay. Options at Niceone:

• Visa, mada, Mastercard, and American Express cards, plus Apple Pay
• Instalments through Tabby and Tamara (Tamara's minimum and maximum vary under its own policy), plus Madfu and Emkan
• STC Pay inside the Kingdom
• Cash on delivery inside Saudi Arabia only, for SAR 28 — a deferred-payment fee, not a shipping charge
• Wallet balance is deducted in full from the order automatically, and you pay the rest by card, Apple Pay, or cash on delivery

Niceone returns policy

Nice One's policy is strict for hygiene reasons: beauty and care products cannot be returned or exchanged even in their original condition unless they arrive damaged, while devices can be returned if unopened, unused, and as received. You can get a refund on an online payment if you cancel before the order ships or receive a damaged, wrong, or missing item, by opening a ticket in the app, emailing cs@niceonesa.com, or calling the unified number 920033385. Refunds take 3 to 10 working days, and the refund equals what you actually paid after the code. Compensation or voucher balance in the wallet is permanent, while balance earned from promotions is temporary, with its validity shown under My Account then Balance.

Shopping Niceone from different countries: shipping and currency

Niceone sells internationally, and shipping and currency details depend on where you are. Here is what matters by region:

Niceone code in Saudi Arabia

In Saudi Arabia, Riyadh orders arrive within 48 hours and other cities within 8 days, shipping is free over SAR 300, and cash on delivery is available only here for SAR 28. With the new Jeddah warehouse and wider same-day delivery, the Western Region is faster than before, and CC27 is the code we suggest first for orders inside the Kingdom.

Niceone code in the UAE

To the UAE the order ships from Saudi Arabia within 10 days, shipping is free over SAR 1,000, and cash on delivery is not available. The help centre says invoices from AED 100 to 999 are subject to VAT, and from AED 1,000 upwards to both customs duty and VAT — amounts collected by customs, not by Nice One; CC26 is the code we assign to UAE orders.

Niceone code in Kuwait

To Kuwait, according to the help centre, Aramex collects a 1 KD stamp, 2 KD clearance, IATA charges by weight, and 5% customs duty on the shipment value, with free shipping over SAR 1,000.

Niceone code in Qatar

To Qatar, QAR 20 is added to prepare the customs declaration on shipments under QAR 3,000, and above that 5% customs duty on the total value is added, according to Nice One's table.

Niceone code in Bahrain

To Bahrain, no charges are added unless the invoice exceeds BHD 301.68, in which case 5% customs duty and 5% VAT apply.

Niceone code in Oman

To Oman, 5% of the invoice value applies to shipments up to OMR 299.15 plus an OMR 3.47 clearance fee per shipment and no VAT; for questions about customs amounts you can contact Aramex on 920027447.

Best sale seasons at Niceone

• Pink October — Nice One's current campaign, with sections for the best makeup, perfume, care, and device offers; the code does not stack with its discounted items
• White Friday in November — the biggest sale season in Saudi online stores, so buy discounted items at the sale price and use the code on the rest
• Ramadan and both Eids — the season for perfumes, gifts, and makeup sets, and the gifts section makes it easy to prepare an order early
• Saudi National Day on 23 September and Founding Day on 22 February — local promotion seasons in beauty stores
• Summer — time for sunscreens and hair products, and ordering before you travel makes sure the parcel arrives within the stated delivery time

Offers change faster than usual in these seasons; reopen the Niceone page on Koubonat before ordering because the cards are refreshed first.

Why is my Niceone code not working?

• The product is discounted or on offer, and the coupon does not apply to offers or discounted items
• You tried to combine the code with another coupon, a bank card discount, an Apple Pay discount, or Qitaf Tamayouz
• You pasted the code before choosing a payment method; the “Do you have coupon?” field appears after you pick one
• The whole basket came from the offers section, so there was no full-price item left for the discount to apply to
• The code was copied with an extra space or in lower case; type CC27, CC26, or MP29 exactly

Fix: identify the reason above, then try the backup MP29 on the same basket. If the total does not move, the offer does not cover your current basket.

Niceone code or direct site offers?

The right comparison at Nice One is not just one code against another but the code against the sale price: if an item is discounted in a campaign, buy it at the campaign price, and if it is full price, the code is the only way to a discount. If you order from the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, or Oman, work out the total with the free-shipping threshold (SAR 1,000) and your country's customs charges before comparing with a local shop. Inside the Kingdom, prepaying with mada, Apple Pay, or Tabby avoids the SAR 28 cash-on-delivery fee, which can eat a large share of the saving on a small basket.
