Aurrelle promo code 2026

Aurrelle discount code 2026 — quick answer

The best Aurrelle discount code on Koubonat right now is CC13, with CC14 as the backup. Aurrelle is a Dubai brand that currently sells one product, the Lucine hair dryer, which pairs fast drying with red and near-infrared scalp light, listed at AED 2,800 instead of 3,199; code CC13 or CC14 takes 10% off Gulf orders, and Tabby and Tamara instalments are available.

Shoppers land here from searches like “Aurrelle discount code”, “Aurrelle promo code”, “red light hair dryer UAE”, “infrared hair dryer”. The workflow is the same every time: copy the code from the card, open Aurrelle from the deal button, and paste the code in the promo field before paying.

About Aurrelle and why the offer is worth it

Aurrelle is a women-first beauty-technology brand headquartered in Dubai Silicon Oasis, UAE, and describes itself as Paris-rooted and Dubai-born. The product direction and design language were shaped in Paris, the prototype was built in Hong Kong, and Dubai is the commercial home from which it sells to women across the Gulf. Even its Arabic site keeps the Latin name Aurrelle, which is why Arabic shoppers spell it several ways.

The store does not carry a wide range; it currently sells one product, the Lucine InfraSonic hair dryer, which the brand calls Chapter One. It runs a 110,000 RPM brushless motor with 21–57 litres per second of airflow, two speeds, three temperatures, negative ions, and an InfraSonic mode that cycles heat and airflow automatically instead of holding one setting. The headline addition is 660 nm red and 850 nm near-infrared scalp light, which only switches on with cool air.

At the time we checked, the store listed Lucine at AED 2,800 in the UAE instead of 3,199, SAR 2,899 in Saudi Arabia instead of 3,299, and QAR 2,849 in Qatar instead of 3,199, while shoppers in Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman see the price in UAE dirhams. Because this is a luxury device, a 10% code is a real amount: about AED 280 on the current UAE price if the code applies to it.

Koubonat lists two real codes from Aurrelle's Gulf campaign, CC13 and CC14, each worth 10%. No special link is needed: open aurrelle.com from the deal button or directly, add Lucine to the cart, paste either code in the discount field, and check that the total dropped before choosing how to pay.

Best Aurrelle categories to save on

• Lucine InfraSonic hair dryer: The core and currently only product, in black, about 450 g and rated for 220–240 V; the code applies to it directly in the cart.
• InfraSonic cycling mode: A long press on the temperature button starts a cool-warm-cool cycle, aimed at fast drying with less sustained heat.
• Red and near-infrared scalp light: The IR button runs 660 nm and 850 nm together with no single-wavelength option, and works only with cool air at about 2–3 cm from the scalp.
• Accessories in the box: Magnetic nozzle and diffuser, four clips, anti-static gloves, a collapsible styling stand, and velvet travel pouches; nothing extra to buy.
• Golden warranty up to 4 years: Year one covers even accidents such as drops with immediate replacement, year two covers manufacturing defects, and extending to 4 years is free via a review and post or by referring two friends.
• Find Your Settings guide: The Find Your Settings page suggests speed, heat, and attachment for fine, wavy, curly, thick, and colour-treated hair before first use.

Aurrelle shipping and delivery

• Aurrelle ships from Dubai within the UAE and to the Gulf; under its shipping policy orders arrive in 1–3 business days in the UAE and 3–7 business days elsewhere in the GCC, and the store advertises GCC delivery within 5 business days. Egypt falls under international shipping (5–14 business days), but Koubonat's two codes belong to the Gulf campaign.
• Shipping is free within the UAE according to the store banner; shipping fees for the rest of the Gulf show at checkout before you confirm, and we found no published free-shipping threshold outside the UAE.
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment, Monday to Friday, and weekend orders are processed the next business day.
• Delivery runs through partners such as Aramex, and a tracking link arrives by email once shipped; if it has not arrived within 3 business days, contact support.
• If the dryer arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours with photos of the box and the product.

Aurrelle payment options

The code applies before you pick a payment method, so the discount shows however you pay. Options at Aurrelle:

• Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro cards
• Apple Pay and Google Pay
• Interest-free instalments with Tabby
• Instalments with Tamara
• Eligibility and the instalment schedule are confirmed at checkout

Aurrelle returns policy

Aurrelle allows 30 days from delivery to request a return, provided the dryer stays sealed and unused in its original packaging for hygiene reasons. Opened or used devices cannot be returned, and the policy also lists sale or discounted items as non-returnable, so if the right to return matters to you, ask returns@aurrelle.com before ordering with a code. You need email approval before sending anything back, return shipping is on the customer unless the defect or error is the store's, and refunds go to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection.

Shopping Aurrelle from different countries: shipping and currency

Aurrelle sells internationally, and shipping and currency details depend on where you are. Here is what matters by region:

Aurrelle code in the UAE

In the UAE the price is AED 2,800 instead of 3,199, with free shipping and delivery within two business days per the store banner; the 10% code is worth about AED 280 if it applies to the current price.

Aurrelle code in Saudi Arabia

In Saudi Arabia the price shows in riyals: SAR 2,899 instead of 3,299, with GCC delivery in 3–7 business days; the dryer is rated for 220–240 V, so do not use it on the 110–127 V outlets still found in some older buildings.

Aurrelle code in Qatar

In Qatar the price is QAR 2,849 instead of 3,199, and shipping fees show at checkout; paste CC13 or CC14 before choosing a payment method so the discount is applied to the total.

Aurrelle code in Kuwait

In Kuwait the price shows in UAE dirhams (AED 2,800), and your bank may convert it to dinars with a foreign-currency fee; compare the total after the code with your card fees.

Aurrelle code in Bahrain

In Bahrain and Oman the price also shows in UAE dirhams, with delivery inside the 3–7 business day GCC window; shipping fees and any possible import charges show at checkout or are settled on delivery.

Best sale seasons at Aurrelle

• White Friday in November — the Gulf's big appliance sale season, so compare Lucine's price then with the code
• UAE National Day (December) and Saudi National Day (September) — seasons when many Gulf brands run special prices
• Ramadan and Eid — luxury gifting season, and Tabby or Tamara instalments soften the first payment
• Mother's Day on 21 March — Lucine makes a practical gift, and the packaging is designed as an unboxing experience

Offers change faster than usual in these seasons; reopen the Aurrelle page on Koubonat before ordering because the cards are refreshed first.

Why is my Aurrelle code not working?

• The shipping country is outside the Gulf, and the code belongs to a GCC campaign
• You pasted a personal referral code or another code on the same order, and the store usually accepts one code only
• You chose Tabby or Tamara before applying the code, so the instalments were calculated on the full price
• The code was typed with an extra space or into the gift card field instead of the discount field
• The campaign ended or the code hit its usage limit, so try the backup code

Fix: identify the reason above, then try the backup CC14 on the same basket. If the total does not move, the offer does not cover your current basket.

Aurrelle code or direct site offers?

Lucine is already listed at a reduced price on the site, and the code takes a further 10% off the cart price if the store accepts it: in the UAE that is AED 2,800 down to about 2,520, and in Saudi Arabia SAR 2,899 down to about 2,609. Aurrelle itself compares the device with buying a premium dryer at around AED 1,900 plus red-light sessions at around AED 300 each, which is the brand's own comparison rather than an independent test. If you want a Dyson alternative, the real difference is the scalp-light mode and the Golden warranty; if you only need drying, a cheaper dryer may be enough.
