Get to know EFE Glasses before you buy

EFE is an online eyewear shop selling prescription glasses, sunglasses, readers and blue-light glasses direct to consumers, with no stores or middlemen. The brand says it started because buying glasses online was complicated, overpriced and slow to arrive, so it invested in manufacturing and lens technology to offer more than 4,000 styles at low prices, with hinge durability and optical precision checks on every pair before shipping. A virtual try-on tool lets you see a frame on your face before ordering.

Price is the headline: whole sections for glasses under $10, $20 and $30, frames such as Ludon and Kaivex from $9.99 to $12.99, some frames with 1.50-index prescription lenses included in the price, and readers from $4.99 on sale. You can browse by shape (aviator, round, cat eye, square, oval, rectangle, browline, geometric), and each frame lists its prescription and pupillary distance (PD) range, such as a prescription from -9.00 to +6.00, with progressive, bifocal and prism options.

The Koubonat codes line up clearly: VINTAGE15 and HALLOWEEN15 are percentage cuts sitewide, MEN15 takes 15% off the men's collection, SHAPE15 takes 15% off cat-eye frames, while EFE12, EFE17 and EFE22 are fixed dollar discounts by order value. Before buying, read the returns policy closely: glasses are made to your prescription, non-defect returns only refund part of the price, and flash-sale items cannot be returned.

Popular EFE Glasses products with a tip for each

• Prescription eyeglasses: Frames from $9.99, some with 1.50-index lenses included; enter your prescription and PD carefully because any mistake on your side makes the remake chargeable.
• Blue-light glasses: Blue-light filtering lenses for screen work and gaming, processed in 3 to 5 business days like clear lenses; VINTAGE15 covers them.
• Sunglasses: Sun frames with polarised or photochromic lenses, with or without a prescription; tinted lenses raise the price, so check the total before picking a code.
• Reading glasses: Ready readers from $4.99 on sale that ship within 24 hours of processing; flash-sale pieces are non-returnable though.
• Men's collection: Lightweight office frames, blue-light gaming glasses, vintage casual styles and UV-protective sunglasses; MEN15 takes 15% off the whole collection.
• Cat-eye and kids' frames: Cat-eye frames have their own code, SHAPE15, for 15% off, and there is a separate kids' glasses section; compare the frame width in millimetres with your current pair.

EFE Glasses shipping and delivery

• Processing before dispatch: 24 hours for frame-only or non-prescription orders, and 3 to 5 business days for clear, blue-light, polarised and progressive prescription lenses, longer for complex lenses.
• Shipping is free on orders over $69; below that, standard shipping is added at checkout.
• Standard shipping takes 10 to 18 business days to every country, Advanced shipping 7 to 12 business days for the US, Canada and Hungary only, and DHL Express 3 to 8 business days everywhere.
• If tracking shows delivered but the parcel did not arrive, email cs@efeglasses.com within 3 business days; after that you deal with the carrier directly.

EFE Glasses payment options

The code applies before you pick a payment method, so the discount shows however you pay. Options at EFE Glasses:

• International bank cards through Stripe checkout
• PayPal
• Prices in US dollars
• Site offers such as 50% off a second frame show with their terms on the offer page

EFE Glasses returns policy

Glasses are made to order, so EFE's policy is narrower than usual: you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt after emailing cs@efeglasses.com first. Non-defect returns refund 70% of the lens price and 80% of the frame price in the first 15 days, then 50% of each from day 16 to 30; the customer pays return shipping, and shipping is deducted if the order shipped free. Flash Sale and Glasses on Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. For manufacturing errors the glasses are remade free or fully refunded, and a 365-day warranty covers material and workmanship defects.

Shopping EFE Glasses from different countries: shipping and currency

EFE Glasses sells internationally, and shipping and currency details depend on where you are. Here is what matters by region:

EFE Glasses code in the United States

In the US all three shipping options are available, including Advanced in 7 to 12 business days, shipping is free over $69, and every code works.

EFE Glasses code in Canada

Canada is one of the few countries with Advanced shipping alongside standard and DHL Express, and it is on the advertiser's code country list.

EFE Glasses code in Europe

European countries such as Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia and the Czech Republic are on the code list, standard or DHL Express shipping is available, and local import VAT may apply on arrival.

EFE Glasses code in the Gulf & Middle East

EFE's shipping table covers “all other countries” with standard shipping in 10 to 18 business days and DHL Express in 3 to 8, so a Gulf or Egypt address can usually be selected at checkout. HALLOWEEN15 is valid in all regions, while the other codes have a long advertiser country list that does not explicitly confirm the Gulf, so check the discount shows before paying, and local customs charges may apply.

EFE Glasses code in Australia

Australia is on the code list, standard or DHL Express shipping is available, and DHL cuts the wait to under two weeks including processing.

EFE Glasses code in the rest of the world

Other countries get standard and DHL Express shipping only, and MEN15 as a link deal is listed for all regions, though the code itself follows the advertiser's country list.

Best sale seasons at EFE Glasses

• The Halloween sale — up to 15% off sitewide in all regions
• The Fall Eyewear Refresh — 15% off all frames and lenses
• Black Friday and year-end — order early because processing plus standard shipping can pass three weeks
• Summer — prescription and polarised sunglasses before travelling

Offers change faster than usual in these seasons; reopen the EFE Glasses page on Koubonat before ordering because the cards are refreshed first.

Why is my EFE Glasses code not working?

• The cart is under $89 with EFE12 or under $159 with EFE22
• The item is a Flash Sale or Glasses on Sale product, usually excluded from codes
• SHAPE15 was used on a non-cat-eye frame or MEN15 on a women's frame
• HALLOWEEN15 expired after 31 October or VINTAGE15 after 30 November 2026
• The delivery country is not on the advertiser's code list

Fix: identify the reason above, then try the backup HALLOWEEN15 on the same basket. If the total does not move, the offer does not cover your current basket.

EFE Glasses code or direct site offers?

On small carts VINTAGE15 saves more, since 15% of $60 is about $9, but above $159 compare: 15% gives roughly $24 against a flat $22 from EFE22, and the gap shifts with the cart. Compared with local optical shops in the Gulf the price here is usually far lower, but you wait longer, rely on your own prescription accuracy, and returns do not refund in full, so it suits a spare pair or screen glasses best.
