Get to know Aloyayri before you buy

Aloyayri (مفارش العييري in Arabic) is a Saudi company specialising in retail bedding, mattresses, and sleep pillows, and it calls its store 'the world of comfortable sleep'. It began in 2017 as an online store and then opened showrooms, reaching about 25 according to its branches page: ten in Riyadh plus one in Al-Kharj, five in Jeddah, one in Makkah, two each in Dammam and Al Khobar, one in Al-Ahsa, one in Taif, and two in Buraydah, while the company's LinkedIn page lists Buraydah in Qassim as its headquarters.

The range is wide and covers the bedroom and bathroom: summer, winter, hotel, kids', occasion, and postpartum bedspreads, cotton sheet sets, several kinds of mattress topper (the Royal cotton topper in 10, 12, and 15 cm, the Yatak hotel topper, feather toppers, and a medical topper), sleep mattresses under names such as Sweet Rest, Dream Rest, Golden Rest, Majesta, and Ortho Medical, compressed mattresses, pillows in high, mid, and plush firmness, mattress and pillow protectors, towels and bathrobes, and Meltem linen fragrances. There are also made-to-measure products that need an extra 7–10 business days.

Sample prices when we checked: a Classic plush pillow at about SAR 45, a Royal high pillow at about 72, a pack of 5 Classic mid pillows at about SAR 175, Comfort mattress protectors from SAR 80 to 215 depending on size, the 10 cm single Royal cotton topper at about SAR 296 and the 15 cm double at about 499, the Fiona cotton sheet set (300 thread count) between SAR 202 and 229, the Fatima summer bedspread from SAR 188, the embroidered Solin bedspread from SAR 536 to 1,081, and the Dream Rest Firm mattress in 160×200 at about SAR 2,208 instead of 4,346.

Koubonat lists two codes from the Aloyayri campaign: Y65 and Y64. The campaign did not publish a percentage, so we do not quote one; the code reduces your basket total at checkout and the amount shows in the order summary. Note that Aloyayri calculates the free-shipping threshold (SAR 299) and the prepayment threshold (SAR 700) on the basket after the code and before VAT, so check the summary after pasting, because the discount can change the shipping fee.

What to buy at Aloyayri

• Mattress toppers: The Royal cotton topper in 10, 12, and 15 cm from about SAR 296 to 499, the 14 cm double Yatak hotel topper at about 323, and the 7 cm feather topper at about 337–350; the Royal topper carries a 12-month warranty against pilling and filling clumping.
• Mattresses: Dream Rest, Sweet Rest, Golden Rest, Majesta, Ortho Medical, Deep Rest, and Night carry a 10-year warranty, Relax Class 5 years, Royal Medical 3 years, and Comfort 2 years; the warranty means repair if the mattress sags more than 3 cm.
• Pillows and pillow packs: Classic, Royal, Hotel, and Dream pillows in high, mid, and plush from about SAR 45 to 72 each, and five-pillow packs from about SAR 175; pick high for side sleepers and plush for stomach sleepers.
• Summer, winter, and hotel bedspreads: From the Fatima summer bedspread at about SAR 188–215, to Sara jacquard at about 675–810, and the embroidered cotton Solin up to SAR 1,081 for 11 pieces; bedspreads carry a 12-month warranty against filling clumping and colour change.

Aloyayri shipping and delivery

• Aloyayri ships to every region of the Kingdom within courier coverage, and you can send the order to another recipient.
• If the basket after the discount code and before VAT is under SAR 299, shipping costs a non-refundable SAR 30; at SAR 299 or more, shipping is free.
• Cash on delivery adds a non-refundable SAR 29 fee, and orders above SAR 700 after the code and before VAT must be prepaid.
• Mattresses ship free to all regions except the Farasan Islands, Shaybah, Al-Kharkhir, and the Oman border area, arrive without installation, and may need an extra 7–14 days in remote areas.
• Made-to-measure products need 7–10 business days before shipping, and if a regular order is not delivered within 14 days you are entitled to a full refund.

Aloyayri payment options

The code applies before you pick a payment method, so the discount shows however you pay. Options at Aloyayri:

• mada debit cards
• Visa and Mastercard credit cards
• Apple Pay
• Bank transfer
• Instalments with Tabby and Tamara
• Instalments with MISpay and Emkan
• Store wallet balance
• Cash on delivery with a SAR 29 fee, for orders up to SAR 700

Aloyayri returns policy

For a defective or damaged product, you can exchange or return within 14 days of delivery, provided you report it within two days and the item stays in its original packaging, with no admin fee. Change-of-mind returns are also allowed within 14 days in original packaging: an exchange carries a SAR 35 admin fee and a refund deducts SAR 50 from the returned item's value, while mattresses cost SAR 150 to exchange and SAR 230 to return. Made-to-measure items, final-clearance items, towels, bathrobes, and fragrances cannot be returned, and bundles can only be returned whole, with use of any piece cancelling the right. Processing takes 7–15 business days, instalment payers are refunded through the instalment provider within 15–20 days, and on exchanges the old item is valued at the campaign price at the time of purchase.

Shopping Aloyayri from different countries: shipping and currency

Aloyayri sells internationally, and shipping and currency details depend on where you are. Here is what matters by region:

Aloyayri code in Saudi Arabia

Aloyayri sells only inside Saudi Arabia and in riyals, its app and website serve every region, and you can also see bedspreads and toppers in about 25 showrooms in Riyadh, Al-Kharj, Jeddah, Makkah, Dammam, Al Khobar, Al-Ahsa, Taif, and Buraydah before ordering online. Shipping is free from SAR 299 after the discount and mattresses ship free to most cities, but some couriers do not deliver to upper floors or to the door in every city, so you may collect from the courier's nearest branch.

Best sale seasons at Aloyayri

• Founding Day in February — Aloyayri has run online and in-store discounts at this time before, so compare the markdown with the code
• Early summer — the season for light cotton summer bedspreads before the heat peaks
• National Day in September — the store has a National Day bundles section combining a bedspread, topper, and pillows at one price
• White Friday and the start of winter — the best time for winter bedspreads and long-warranty mattresses

Offers change faster than usual in these seasons; reopen the Aloyayri page on Koubonat before ordering because the cards are refreshed first.

Why is my Aloyayri code not working?

• You used another code on the same order, and the store usually applies one code only
• You chose instalments or cash on delivery before pasting the code, so the amount was not recalculated on the discounted total
• Some items such as final clearance or fixed-price bundles may be excluded from coupons
• The code was typed with a space or a lowercase y instead of capital Y
• The campaign ended or the code hit its usage limit, so try the backup code Y64 or Y65

Fix: identify the reason above, then try the backup Y64 on the same basket. If the total does not move, the offer does not cover your current basket.

Aloyayri code or direct site offers?

Most Aloyayri products are already listed below their original price, such as the 7 cm feather topper at about SAR 350 instead of 919, and the code takes a further discount off the cart price if the store accepts it. Before paying, work out how the code affects the shipping threshold: a SAR 310 pre-tax basket can drop below 299 after the discount and then pay SAR 30 shipping, in which case adding a pillow or a small protector may cost less. Cash on delivery adds SAR 29, so paying with mada or Apple Pay is cheaper. When comparing mattresses with other stores, look at the warranty length (2 to 10 years depending on the model) and the SAR 230 change-of-mind return fee, not just the price.
