What is AlSAAD Home?

Al Saad Home is a group specialising in bedding, duvets, rugs, and bedroom essentials. It opened its first branch in Sharjah in 1991, then spread to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Ajman, and to Oman with branches in Muscat (Rusayl), Barka, and Salalah. In October 2024 it entered Saudi Arabia with its first store in Riyadh's Al Aqiq district, then added branches in Hayat Mall and Qasr Mall, and says it plans to expand to Jeddah and Dammam. The website runs in three versions: Saudi riyals, UAE dirhams, and Omani rials.

The core of the range is the bed: filled comforter sets in king, queen, and single sizes, duvet cover sets without filling, hotel duvets in microfiber, cotton, and microgel, pocket-spring and memory-foam mattresses, mattress toppers, and waterproof mattress protectors. Alongside them sit rugs, door mats, and prayer mats, home accessories such as candles, clocks, faux plants, and air fresheners, and bathroom and kitchen items. Many mattresses carry the Armada name, which appears next to Al Saad Home on product pages.

Prices on the Saudi site when we checked: the Gentle Stripes 4-piece single comforter set at SAR 199, the Elyon embroidered 6-piece king set at SAR 349 instead of 499, the Nutella 300-thread-count cotton 6-piece king set at SAR 449, and the Posh jacquard 8-piece duvet cover set with filling at SAR 379 instead of 699. For mattresses: the Armada Rest at SAR 999 instead of 1,999, the Relax pocket-spring at SAR 1,299, the Dream at SAR 2,399, the exclusive-edition hotel mattress at SAR 1,299, and a foldable futon at SAR 149. Prices include VAT and change with promotions.

Koubonat lists two active codes from the Al Saad Home campaign: QPN12 and QPN11. The network did not give us a discount percentage, so we do not promise a specific number; the code takes an amount off the basket, and its value shows in the order summary before you pay. Open alsaadhome.com in your country version, add the bedding or mattress to the cart, paste one code, and if it is not accepted try the other and keep whichever gives the lower total.

Watch out for similar names: Al Saadah Home (alsaadahome.com) is a different Saudi bedding and sofa store with its own management and terms, and the codes here are for Al Saad Home's alsaadhome.com and its app only. The Saudi version of Al Saad Home's site is run by Nada AlShuroq Trading Company under commercial registration 1010982713, and the unified customer service line is 600575525, the number required for exchanging website, app, and WhatsApp orders.

AlSAAD Home shipping and delivery

• Al Saad Home delivers within Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Oman through its website and app, each with its own currency version; pick the right version before adding products.
• Delivery options under its terms: same day, next day, or standard delivery in 2–4 working days, chosen by the customer; product pages let you check your area to see whether same-day or next-day delivery is available.
• Some orders can take up to 7 days, especially mattresses and large items that need two or more extra days.
• Shipping fees, if any, show at checkout, and the store runs free-delivery promotions from time to time; we found no fixed published free-shipping threshold.
• If a product is damaged in transit before it reaches you, Al Saad Home covers the replacement under the site terms.

AlSAAD Home payment options

The code applies before you pick a payment method, so the discount shows however you pay. Options at AlSAAD Home:

• Electronic card payment
• Cash on delivery
• Bank transfer
• Instalments, listed in the site terms, with the available provider shown at checkout
• E-wallet credit from accepted returns

AlSAAD Home returns policy

The Saudi terms allow returns within 7 days and exchanges within 7 days of purchase, provided you have the original invoice and the item is in its original, unopened, unused packaging; the UAE terms mention a 3-day return window and a 7-day exchange window, so check the terms page for your country version. If you exchange for a reason on your side, you pay the full delivery fee even if the original order came with free shipping. Refunds come back as e-wallet credit usable within 6 months, pillows and towels cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons, made-to-measure items cannot be exchanged, and discounted items can only be exchanged during the same promotion period. Mattresses cannot be returned once the packaging is opened, returns are limited to standard sizes (120×200, 160×200, 180×200, and 200×200 cm) within 3 days of delivery, and the customer pays the transport cost. Website and app orders are exchanged through the online team and customer service, not at branches.

Shopping AlSAAD Home from different countries: shipping and currency

AlSAAD Home sells internationally, and shipping and currency details depend on where you are. Here is what matters by region:

AlSAAD Home code in Saudi Arabia

In Saudi Arabia the site sells in riyals through Nada AlShuroq Trading Company, and Al Saad Home has three Riyadh branches (Al Aqiq, Hayat Mall, Qasr Mall); comforter sets start around SAR 199 and mattresses around SAR 999, with delivery across the Kingdom.

AlSAAD Home code in the UAE

The UAE is the home market, with headquarters in Sharjah and branches in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Ajman; prices are in dirhams, and the UAE terms mention a 3-day return window, so read them before ordering with a code.

AlSAAD Home code in Oman

In Oman there are branches in Muscat (Rusayl), Barka, and Salalah, and the site shows prices in Omani rials; delivery fees and timing appear at checkout before you confirm.

Best sale seasons at AlSAAD Home

• White Friday in November — broad sales on bedding and mattresses, with the code applied to the cart price if accepted
• Pre-winter in October and November — the time to buy heavier duvets and velvet or jacquard sets
• Ramadan and Eid — the season for refreshing bedrooms and guest rooms, when the group has historically run opening and holiday sales
• Saudi National Day in September and UAE National Day in December — local promotions on both versions

Offers change faster than usual in these seasons; reopen the AlSAAD Home page on Koubonat before ordering because the cards are refreshed first.

Why is my AlSAAD Home code not working?

• You opened another country's version of the site, so the currency and code terms differ
• The basket contains items on a special offer that cannot be combined with codes
• You pasted the code after choosing instalments, so they were based on the full amount
• You used another code on the same order, and the store usually accepts one
• The code expired or hit its usage limit, so try QPN11 instead of QPN12

Fix: identify the reason above, then try the backup QPN11 on the same basket. If the total does not move, the offer does not cover your current basket.

AlSAAD Home code or direct site offers?

Al Saad Home prices are usually shown after a markdown, such as the Rest mattress at SAR 999 instead of 1,999, and the code adds a discount on the cart price if the store accepts it. When comparing mattresses, look beyond price: the warranty against spring sagging ranges from two to ten years by model, and mattresses cannot be returned once opened, while the group sometimes runs a 30-day trial during promotions for selected models such as Nordic, Crown, Secret, and Cloud Seven. For bedding, compare piece count, comforter size, and fabric, since an 8-piece set with a 240×260 cm comforter is not the same as a smaller 6-piece set.
