Smart saving tips

Scigen Care prices are already shown below the regular price: the shampoo at EGP 300 instead of 350, the leave-in at 200 instead of 250, and the Duo set at 450 instead of 600. Code A5-Buy2Get1 is named for a buy 2 get 1 offer, so the best approach is to put the quantity you actually need in the cart, paste the code, and compare the total with buying the Duo set alone. Keep in mind that sale items cannot be returned under the store policy and that shipping is calculated by governorate, so compare the final total including shipping. Scigen Care's policy lets you request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, and under Egyptian consumer protection rights you may cancel or return within 14 days without giving a reason. The item must be unused, in the same condition and original packaging with labels intact, with proof of purchase such as the order confirmation, and return shipping is paid by the customer. Start by emailing customerservice@scigencare.com within the window, do not send anything back before you get authorisation, and ship the return through the same delivery partner used for the original order. Sale and clearance items, gift cards, and special orders cannot be returned, so keep that in mind with offers. For an exchange, return the item first and then place a new order once the return is approved. Approved refunds are processed within 8 business days of acceptance, they exclude the original shipping charges, and if 15 business days pass without the refund, contact the store.

Best seasons to buy: Summer, pool season, and the North Coast — sun and chlorine time, exactly what the hair barrier routine is built for, Back to school in September — a quick hair routine for kids before school, and the leave-in needs no rinsing, White Friday in November — a big sale season in Egypt, so compare site offers with the code, Winter and dry weather — hair gets drier and frizzier, which is where ceramide moisture helps, Recurring site offers on the Duo set — the price is already marked down, so check the total after the code.
