Get to know Feel before you buy

Feel is a digital health company founded in London in 2019 by entrepreneur Boris Hodakel. It sells supplements directly to customers with no middlemen, which it says lets it offer premium quality without retail markups. It started in the UK, expanded to the US, Germany, France, and Ireland, then announced its UAE launch, and today runs Gulf-specific versions of its site in Arabic and English. The brand writes its Arabic name as فييل, while many shoppers search for it as فيل or as wearefeel after the site's domain.

Its best-known product is Pro Collagen, which it calls the world's first vegan collagen, built on a patented ingredient called Vecollal that is designed to mimic the amino-acid profile of human type I collagen. Around it Feel has built a range focused on women's health: hair and skin supplements, menopause support, a daily probiotic for digestion, beauty gummies, and a weight-management formula called Pro Metabolic, plus newer launches such as creatine and a fibre jelly. The brand says its formulas are vegan, halal, free from the 14 major allergens, and free from fillers such as magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.

On the Saudi version of the site when we checked, a single pack of Pro Collagen or Hair Support was about SAR 353, Smooth Skin about SAR 407, and Pro Metabolic about SAR 447, while Daily Biotic and Beauty Gummies started around SAR 196. Feel prices each pack lower when you buy a three-pack bundle or subscribe, for example about SAR 235 per pack of Pro Collagen in the three-pack, and it says savings can reach 25% when you combine products in one bundle.

Koubonat lists two active codes from Feel's Gulf campaign: QPN8 and QPN7. The network did not give us a fixed percentage, so we do not quote one; paste either code in the discount field at checkout and the real discount appears in the order summary before you pay. Because many Feel orders are subscriptions that renew automatically, check in the summary whether the discount covers only the first order or continues on renewals, since the checkout page sets those terms, not the code alone.

Big figures such as 25% or 50% that show up when you search for a Feel discount code belong to other campaigns' codes or to temporary offers on other countries' versions of the site, and we cannot confirm them. What the Saudi version of Feel's site showed when we checked: a 4.5 rating from more than 14,150 reviews, savings of up to 25% when you combine products in a bundle, rewards points on every purchase, and gifts and free products for loyal customers. So the best way to save is to build your bundle first, then paste QPN8 and compare the total with QPN7.

Popular Feel products with a tip for each

• Pro Collagen vegan collagen: The flagship, built on Vecollal as a powder or sachets in flavours such as pineapple and watermelon, at about SAR 353 for a single pack and less per pack in a three-pack bundle.

• Hair Support and Smooth Skin: Two hair and skin supplements: Hair Support at about SAR 353 per pack and Smooth Skin at about SAR 407, available as a one-time purchase or a subscription at a lower per-pack price.

Feel shipping and delivery

• Feel ships Gulf orders from the UAE, and product pages on the Saudi version read in stock, ships from the UAE. The destinations listed on its shipping-rates page are the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain, all through Aramex.
• Within the UAE Feel advertises free local shipping through Aramex, and UAE product pages quote delivery in 1–2 business days.
• In Saudi Arabia a banner at the top of the site advertises free shipping on orders over SAR 400; below that line, the shipping fee shows at checkout before you confirm.
• For Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain we found no clearly published delivery time or free-shipping threshold, so check the fee and expected timing at checkout after selecting your country.
• On delivery, check the contents and report any damage or missing items within 7 business days of arrival to customer service at hello@wearefeel.com.

Feel payment options

The code applies before you pick a payment method, so the discount shows however you pay. Options at Feel:

• Major credit and debit cards
• Tabby instalments, shown on the Gulf versions of the site
• Recurring subscriptions you can cancel or pause from the customer portal
• Rewards points on every purchase
• The methods available in your country show at checkout

Feel returns policy

Feel's published policy on its Gulf sites is clear: it does not accept product returns, exchanges, or swaps after purchase, because the products are supplements. If an order arrives damaged or incomplete, or something else goes wrong, email customer service at hello@wearefeel.com within 7 business days of delivery; the brand says its team reads every message and tries to resolve the issue. Subscriptions can be cancelled, swapped, paused, or changed in frequency with one click from the customer portal, with no need to call or email, so cancel before the renewal date if you do not want the next payment.

Steps to save at Feel

1. Copy QPN8 from the card at the top of this page and keep QPN7 as the backup.

4. At checkout paste the code in the discount field, tap apply, and check that the discount appears in the summary.
5. Review the shipping fee, and if the order is a subscription, read the renewal amount and date before paying.
6. Pay by card or split it with Tabby, and keep the order number in case you need customer service.

Shopping Feel from different countries: shipping and currency

Feel sells internationally, and shipping and currency details depend on where you are. Here is what matters by region:

Feel code in Saudi Arabia

Saudi Arabia has its own riyal-priced version in both languages, orders ship from the UAE via Aramex, and shipping is free over SAR 400 according to the site banner; a single pack of Pro Collagen is about SAR 353.

Feel code in the UAE

In the UAE local shipping is free via Aramex with delivery in 1–2 business days, and prices are in dirhams, such as Daily Biotic at about AED 189 for a single pack; the company says its products are also stocked at Spinneys and Watsons.

Feel code in Kuwait

Kuwait is listed among the Aramex destinations from the UAE, and the shipping fee and timing appear at checkout; apply QPN8 before choosing how to pay.

Feel code in Qatar

Qatar orders ship from the UAE via Aramex, and we found no published free-shipping threshold, so check the total after the code together with the fees before confirming.

Feel code in Bahrain

Bahrain and Oman orders also ship from the UAE via Aramex, with currency and fees shown at checkout; if the order is a subscription, make sure the renewal address is correct to avoid delays on later shipments.

Best sale seasons at Feel

• White Friday in November — the Gulf's biggest sale season, so compare Feel bundle offers then with the code
• The new year in January — the season for starting a new health routine, with plenty of subscription offers
• Ramadan and Eid — changing meal times lead many people to rethink their supplements, and Eid is a self-care gifting season
• Mother's Day on 21 March — a collagen bundle or Beauty Gummies makes a fitting gift
• Saudi National Day in September and UAE National Day in December — seasons when many brands run special Gulf prices

Offers change faster than usual in these seasons; reopen the Feel page on Koubonat before ordering because the cards are refreshed first.

Why is my Feel code not working?

• You picked a country version that is not yours, and the code belongs to the Gulf campaign
• The cart contains a gift item or special offer that does not accept an extra discount
• You pasted another code on the same order, and the site usually accepts one code only
• The code was typed with an extra space or in lower case instead of capitals
• The campaign ended or the code hit its usage limit, so try the backup QPN7

Fix: identify the reason above, then try the backup QPN7 on the same basket. If the total does not move, the offer does not cover your current basket.

Feel code or direct site offers?

Feel already lowers the per-pack price when you buy a three-pack or subscribe, so Pro Collagen drops from about SAR 353 on its own to about SAR 235 per pack in the bundle, and the code adds a discount on the cart price if the site accepts it. Compare three options before paying: one pack with the code, a three-pack with the code, or a cancel-anytime subscription. If you are weighing it against marine or bovine collagen from a pharmacy, Feel's main difference is that it is vegan and halal, while animal collagen may be cheaper if that does not matter to you. Any health claims on the site are the brand's own, so check with your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or on medication.
