Buying from Saudi Oud Center by country

• Saudi Arabia: In Saudi Arabia you order online in riyals with delivery across the Kingdom, or visit the branches in Riyadh, the Eastern Province, and Khamis Mushait; KK gives 10% on a basket of SAR 300 or more.
• The UAE: In the UAE you can order from oud-saudi.com with prices in Saudi riyals, and customs duties or import taxes may apply on arrival, paid by the customer; KK works with the same SAR 300 minimum.
• The Gulf & Middle East: The store mentions delivery to Saudi Arabia and the Gulf, but the code campaign on Koubonat is for Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Shoppers in Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman see delivery fees at checkout and pay any duties; we found no stated delivery to Egypt.

Smart saving tips

10% off with a SAR 300 minimum means a saving of at least SAR 30, growing with the basket: on SAR 500 you save SAR 50. Compare that with the store's two-plus-one-free oud deals and ready bundles; sometimes a reduced bundle beats the code, and sometimes the code on oud and oil you pick yourself is better. If you are just short of the minimum, adding 2 g of saffron at about SAR 25 or a box of charcoal is usually enough to unlock the code. Saudi Oud Center accepts returns within 7 working days of delivery and exchanges within 14 working days, provided the product is in original condition and packaging, unused and unopened. For oud wood and incense, a request is accepted if less than 5 grams has been used, while perfumes of every type cannot be returned or exchanged once the wrapping is opened. If the item is damaged or not as ordered the store pays shipping, but returning a sound item by choice, or not answering the courier, costs SAR 45 in shipping, deducted from the refund. Refunds go to your account or to your site wallet within 5 working days after the item arrives, and returns are arranged through info@oud-saudi.com or +966537090033.

Best seasons to buy: Ramadan and both Eids — the top season for oud, incense, and hospitality bundles, Saudi National Day on 23 September — the store releases special occasion bundles, Founding Day on 22 February and wedding season — fragrance gifts and premium bundles, White Friday in November — compare store deals with 10% off above SAR 300.
