What is Doknah?

Doknah is a Saudi brand that has specialised in fragrance products since 2016, describing itself as a Saudi brand with ten years of experience in luxury perfume. The name has a story: the brand explains that Arabs once used the word dukna for the dusky, slightly greyish colour of musk, and the name was chosen to signal luxury and high quality, with the slogan Quality and Luxury. You will see the Arabic name written several ways, and all of them refer to the same brand.

The brand runs a wide branch network inside the Kingdom; its branches page lists 23 locations in malls such as Granada Mall, The View Mall, Al Salam Mall, Al Hamra Mall, Park Avenue, Roshn Front, Al Yasmin Mall, Al Nakheel Mall, and Al Othaim Mall, plus Dhahran Mall, Jeddah Park, Al Aziz Mall, Mall of Arabia, U Walk, Abraj Al Bait, Makkah Mall, Jouri Mall, Al Ahsa Mall, Tabuk Park, and others. The online store doknah.com.sa runs on the Salla platform, there is an app on the App Store and Google Play, and a loyalty programme called Mukafati.

The range is split into unisex, women's, and men's scents tagged for daily wear or occasions: 100 ml perfumes such as Nashr, Sawar, Rawnaq, Sukoon, Mudhhil, and Nasma at a regular price of about SAR 240, others such as Rooh, Naseem, Warif, Dhalil, Mulfit, and Nasaq at about SAR 180, and Zahw and Nafha at about SAR 140. There are also 70 ml musk perfumes (Musk Al Fakhama, Blue Musk, Pink Musk, and Musk Al Raha) at about SAR 140, 6 ml musk oils under SAR 100, hair perfumes such as Jadeel and Khusla, Maqam, Qusoor, and Diwan incense in 40 g at about SAR 120, and 250 ml home sprays at about SAR 110.

Koubonat lists two codes from the Doknah campaign: A17 and A16. The network has not published a fixed percentage, so we do not quote one; the code gives you a discount on the basket, and the exact amount shows in the order summary before you pay. Open doknah.com.sa or the Doknah app, add your perfume or gift set to the cart, paste either code in the discount code field, and confirm the total dropped before choosing Mada, Apple Pay, or instalments.

Doknah shipping and delivery

• Doknah ships within Saudi Arabia once payment is complete, through approved carriers such as Aramex and Naqel, with a tracking link from the courier.
• Delivery takes 2–7 business days for most cities under the store's terms, and can stretch to 10 business days depending on location.
• The site banner advertised free shipping on orders of SAR 296 or more when we checked, and below that the shipping fee shows in the cart.
• Cash on delivery is available in some cities with a collection fee added by the courier, so compare it with paying upfront.
• International shipping is possible for an extra fee paid by the customer along with any customs charges, but the campaign and Koubonat's two codes target the Saudi market.

Doknah payment options

The code applies before you pick a payment method, so the discount shows however you pay. Options at Doknah:

• Mada, Visa, and Mastercard cards
• Apple Pay and STC Pay
• Instalments with Tabby
• Instalments with Tamara
• Cash on delivery in some cities with a collection fee

Doknah returns policy

Doknah's policy is strict on timing: returns within 48 hours of delivery and exchanges within 72 hours, provided the product is unopened and its outer packaging is unchanged, and it is refused if it was badly stored, for example in high heat. The policy excludes gift sets and mini sets, musk, oud, and amber oils, oud and incense, and Eid giveaways from returns and exchanges. For online orders the customer pays shipping both ways on a return, exchange, or cancellation after dispatch, and the policy puts that cost at SAR 40. Branch purchases are returned at the same branch with the original invoice. If a product arrives damaged or different from its description, notify the store within 48 hours.

Shopping Doknah from different countries: shipping and currency

Doknah sells internationally, and shipping and currency details depend on where you are. Here is what matters by region:

Doknah code in Saudi Arabia

In Saudi Arabia prices are in riyals and VAT-inclusive as shown in the cart, delivery takes 2–10 business days depending on the city, and shipping is free from about SAR 296 per the site banner; if you are near a Doknah branch in Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah, or the Eastern Province, you can test the scent before ordering with the code.

Best sale seasons at Doknah

• Ramadan and Eid — the season for incense, musk, Eid giveaways, and gift sets, and the store usually runs seasonal bundles
• Saudi National Day in September and Founding Day in February — occasions when Saudi brands run special offers
• White Friday in November — compare the reduced perfume price with the code before paying
• Summer — the summer perfume section with Naseem, Warif, and Dhalil
• Wedding and gifting season — the 3×30 ml and 5×30 ml sets work well as gifts

Offers change faster than usual in these seasons; reopen the Doknah page on Koubonat before ordering because the cards are refreshed first.

Why is my Doknah code not working?

• You pasted the code in the wrong field or added a space before or after it
• The cart holds an offer such as 4 for the price of 2 or a reduced bundle that does not stack with a coupon
• Another code is already on the order, and the store usually accepts only one
• You chose Tabby or Tamara before applying the code, so instalments were set on the full amount
• The campaign ended or the code hit its usage limit, so try the backup code

Fix: identify the reason above, then try the backup A16 on the same basket. If the total does not move, the offer does not cover your current basket.

Doknah code or direct site offers?

Doknah runs many direct offers on its site, such as bundles cut to half their original price and the 4-for-2 offer shown in the site banner when we checked. These offers are sometimes better than any coupon and sometimes refuse to stack with one. So compare two ways: a cart with the offer alone, and a cart of regular-priced perfumes with A17 or A16, then keep the lower total after shipping. Because perfume is usually bought after smelling it, visiting the nearest branch and then ordering online with the code is a practical approach, especially since returns require the product to be unopened.
