Aurrelle discount code 2026 — shipping, payment & best offers

Aurrelle discount codes on Koubonat

Aurrelle is a women-first beauty-technology brand headquartered in Dubai Silicon Oasis, UAE, and describes itself as Paris-rooted and Dubai-born. The product direction and design language were shaped in Paris, the prototype was built in Hong Kong, and Dubai is the commercial home from which it sells to women across the Gulf. Even its Arabic site keeps the Latin name Aurrelle, which is why Arabic shoppers spell it several ways.

Aurrelle is a Dubai brand that currently sells one product, the Lucine hair dryer, which pairs fast drying with red and near-infrared scalp light, listed at AED 2,800 instead of 3,199; code CC13 or CC14 takes 10% off Gulf orders, and Tabby and Tamara instalments are available. This guide collects the live Aurrelle codes on Koubonat (CC13 and CC14) plus what to know about international shipping, payment, and returns before ordering.

What to buy at Aurrelle

• Lucine InfraSonic hair dryer: The core and currently only product, in black, about 450 g and rated for 220–240 V; the code applies to it directly in the cart.
• InfraSonic cycling mode: A long press on the temperature button starts a cool-warm-cool cycle, aimed at fast drying with less sustained heat.
• Red and near-infrared scalp light: The IR button runs 660 nm and 850 nm together with no single-wavelength option, and works only with cool air at about 2–3 cm from the scalp.
• Accessories in the box: Magnetic nozzle and diffuser, four clips, anti-static gloves, a collapsible styling stand, and velvet travel pouches; nothing extra to buy.
• Golden warranty up to 4 years: Year one covers even accidents such as drops with immediate replacement, year two covers manufacturing defects, and extending to 4 years is free via a review and post or by referring two friends.
• Find Your Settings guide: The Find Your Settings page suggests speed, heat, and attachment for fine, wavy, curly, thick, and colour-treated hair before first use.

Aurrelle shipping and payment

• Aurrelle ships from Dubai within the UAE and to the Gulf; under its shipping policy orders arrive in 1–3 business days in the UAE and 3–7 business days elsewhere in the GCC, and the store advertises GCC delivery within 5 business days. Egypt falls under international shipping (5–14 business days), but Koubonat's two codes belong to the Gulf campaign.
• Shipping is free within the UAE according to the store banner; shipping fees for the rest of the Gulf show at checkout before you confirm, and we found no published free-shipping threshold outside the UAE.
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment, Monday to Friday, and weekend orders are processed the next business day.
• Delivery runs through partners such as Aramex, and a tracking link arrives by email once shipped; if it has not arrived within 3 business days, contact support.
• If the dryer arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours with photos of the box and the product.
• Payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, Interest-free instalments with Tabby, Instalments with Tamara, Eligibility and the instalment schedule are confirmed at checkout.

How to use a Aurrelle promo code

1. Copy CC13 from the card at the top of this page (keep CC14 as the backup).
2. Open aurrelle.com and make sure the shipping country and currency match your Gulf country.
3. Add the Lucine hair dryer to the cart and go to checkout.
4. Paste the code in the discount field, tap apply, and check that 10% off appears in the summary.
5. Choose how to pay: card or Apple Pay, or split the discounted total with Tabby or Tamara.
6. Place the order and keep the order number; you will need it for warranty activation and any support request.

If the discount does not show, go back to the Aurrelle store page and try another offer.

Buying from Aurrelle by country

• The UAE: In the UAE the price is AED 2,800 instead of 3,199, with free shipping and delivery within two business days per the store banner; the 10% code is worth about AED 280 if it applies to the current price.
• Saudi Arabia: In Saudi Arabia the price shows in riyals: SAR 2,899 instead of 3,299, with GCC delivery in 3–7 business days; the dryer is rated for 220–240 V, so do not use it on the 110–127 V outlets still found in some older buildings.
• Qatar: In Qatar the price is QAR 2,849 instead of 3,199, and shipping fees show at checkout; paste CC13 or CC14 before choosing a payment method so the discount is applied to the total.
• Kuwait: In Kuwait the price shows in UAE dirhams (AED 2,800), and your bank may convert it to dinars with a foreign-currency fee; compare the total after the code with your card fees.
• Bahrain: In Bahrain and Oman the price also shows in UAE dirhams, with delivery inside the 3–7 business day GCC window; shipping fees and any possible import charges show at checkout or are settled on delivery.

Smart saving tips

Lucine is already listed at a reduced price on the site, and the code takes a further 10% off the cart price if the store accepts it: in the UAE that is AED 2,800 down to about 2,520, and in Saudi Arabia SAR 2,899 down to about 2,609. Aurrelle itself compares the device with buying a premium dryer at around AED 1,900 plus red-light sessions at around AED 300 each, which is the brand's own comparison rather than an independent test. If you want a Dyson alternative, the real difference is the scalp-light mode and the Golden warranty; if you only need drying, a cheaper dryer may be enough. Aurrelle allows 30 days from delivery to request a return, provided the dryer stays sealed and unused in its original packaging for hygiene reasons. Opened or used devices cannot be returned, and the policy also lists sale or discounted items as non-returnable, so if the right to return matters to you, ask returns@aurrelle.com before ordering with a code. You need email approval before sending anything back, return shipping is on the customer unless the defect or error is the store's, and refunds go to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection.

Best seasons to buy: White Friday in November — the Gulf's big appliance sale season, so compare Lucine's price then with the code, UAE National Day (December) and Saudi National Day (September) — seasons when many Gulf brands run special prices, Ramadan and Eid — luxury gifting season, and Tabby or Tamara instalments soften the first payment, Mother's Day on 21 March — Lucine makes a practical gift, and the packaging is designed as an unboxing experience.
