Instarem returns policy
A money transfer is not returned like a product, but it can be cancelled: if you have not paid yet, press Cancel in your transfer history, and if you have paid, contact customer support by email or chat; it cannot be cancelled once the money has gone to the recipient. Refunds return by the same method within 24 to 72 business hours for bank transfers and 5 to 7 business days for cards, and may lose charges or exchange-rate differences, so check the recipient name and IBAN before confirming.
