Buying from Sam Edelman by country
- The UAE: In the UAE, order from samedelman.ae; delivery takes 2–3 days with free shipping above the stated threshold, and you have boutiques at Dubai Hills Mall and Nakheel Mall for pickup or returns.
- Kuwait: In Kuwait, order from samedelman.com.kw; delivery within 48 hours and free from KD 35, with boutiques at The Avenues, 360 Mall, and Al Khiran Mall.
- Saudi Arabia: In Saudi Arabia, order from samedelman.sa; prices are in riyals with delivery in 2–4 working days, free from SAR 370.
- The Gulf & Middle East: The campaign covers the UAE, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia only, through Alyasra's local stores. We found no local Sam Edelman store for Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, or Egypt in this campaign, and the US site samedelman.com does not accept AA76 or AA77.
Smart saving tips
Sam Edelman prices in the Gulf are higher than in the US because of import costs, but buying from the US site means international shipping, customs, and harder returns. The 20% code narrows the gap: an AED 600 pair becomes AED 480 with local delivery and in-store returns. In the UAE remember refunds come as store credit rather than cash, so if you are unsure about size, try the shoe at Dubai Hills or Nakheel Mall first and then order with the code. Before paying, open the Sale section on your country's store: if the style you want is 40% or 50% off, that beats a 20% code on the full price. Returns depend on the country. In the UAE you have 14 days from delivery or pickup, and refunds come as a credit note for use in store, with free returns at a boutique or a doorstep pickup at AED 15 for a return and AED 30 for an exchange. In Kuwait the window is 15 days with the refund reaching your account within 14 days at most, and pickup costs KD 1.5, or KD 3 for an exchange. In Saudi Arabia it is 14 days from the invoice date, with pickup at SAR 18, or SAR 36 for an exchange. Shoes must be unworn and in the original box, and original shipping fees are not refunded.
Best seasons to buy: White Friday in November — the Gulf's biggest shoe sale season, Ramadan and Eid — the season for occasion shoes and dress pumps, UAE National Day (2 December), Saudi National Day (23 September), and Kuwait National Day (25 February), End-of-season sales in January and July.
