Buying from Louzan by country

• The UAE: In the UAE delivery takes 2–4 business days and shipping is free over AED 100, and you can also try sizes at a Louzan branch in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, or Sharjah before ordering with the code.
• Saudi Arabia: In Saudi Arabia prices show in UAE dirhams, standard international shipping takes 5–7 business days, and shipping is only free over USD 450; the shipping fee shows at checkout before you confirm.
• Kuwait: In Kuwait the order counts as international: 5–7 business days for ready-made and 15–20 days for customised, and your bank may convert dirhams to dinars with a fee.
• Qatar: In Qatar the same international shipping terms apply, and paste A39 or A38 before choosing a payment method so the discount applies to the total.
• Bahrain: In Bahrain standard international shipping takes 5–7 business days, and fees and any possible import charges show at checkout or are settled on delivery.
• Oman: In Oman orders arrive within the international shipping window, and perfumes and incense are among the products the store ships outside the UAE.

Smart saving tips

Louzan shows many pieces at a reduced price next to the original, such as the plain abaya at AED 299 instead of 400, and bundle offers such as two abayas from AED 499. The code adds a discount on the cart price if the store accepts it, and because the network has not published a fixed percentage, the right way is to try A39 and then A38 on the same basket and read the discount line. For shoppers in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf, note that the international free-shipping threshold is high (USD 450), so on a small order the shipping fee can outweigh the discount; combining an abaya, a sheila, and a perfume in one order makes both the discount and the shipping work harder. Louzan applies one policy to UAE and international orders: ready goods can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, while customised orders can be returned within 14 days but not exchanged. The item must be unused and unworn, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Start by contacting customer care with your order number and reason, and once approved you will receive return instructions. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the item arrives and passes inspection, shipping charges are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply in some cases. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from your order, tell support within 48 hours with clear photos.

Best seasons to buy: Before Ramadan and both Eids — the season for new abayas, jalabiyas, and incense, and order customised pieces early because they take 15–20 days internationally, Louzan Fashion's Big Sale — an official page on the site announces discounts of up to 60% on the latest abayas and sheilas, so compare the sale price with the code, White Friday in November — a Gulf sale season for fashion and fragrance, UAE National Day in December and Saudi National Day in September — occasions when brands run special offers, Wedding season — wedding abayas, gift sets, and giveaways.
