Smart saving tips

Level Shoes competes with global luxury stores on proximity: 90-minute delivery in Dubai, free 30-day returns with no customs, and local payment methods such as mada, KNET, and instalments. So before ordering from a global store, compare the final price with Level Shoes, because the gap can vanish after shipping and duties. And if you bought a piece at full price and it then goes on sale, Level Shoes offers a one-time price adjustment if you ask within 10 days of purchase. You can return purchases free within 30 days of delivery by booking a pickup from My Orders in your account, with no fees or customs charged on the return whatever your shipping country. Items must be unworn and unused with all accessories, including designer tags, dust bags, and the original box. Refunds go to the original payment method, while cash-on-delivery orders are refunded as an e-gift card for online shopping. Pre-Loved pieces, earrings, fragrances, socks, gift cards, personalised items, and limited editions cannot be returned.

Best seasons to buy: End-of-season summer sales — the Sale section covers many luxury houses, White Friday / Black Friday (November) — offers on selected pieces as announced by the store, Winter and year-end sales — clearance of autumn and winter collections, Ramadan and Eid — luxury gifting season with fast delivery in Dubai and Riyadh.
