HUGMOOM discount code 2026 — international shipping, payment & best offers

HUGMOOM discount codes on Koubonat

HUGMOOM is an online store specialising in made-to-measure window treatments: drapes with several pleat styles, sheer curtains, full blackout panels, and Roman shades in bamboo and fabric, plus curtain tracks, rods, and tiebacks. The store says it carries more than 2,000 fabrics and that pieces are hand-tailored in its own factory and shipped direct without middlemen, which is why most custom curtains start at roughly $59 to $149 before any discount.

20HGCUR takes 20% off all custom drapery for orders in the US, UK, and Australia, and the saving shows in the order summary before you pay. This guide collects the live HUGMOOM codes on Koubonat (20HGCUR) plus what to know about international shipping, payment, and returns before ordering.

What to buy at HUGMOOM

• Blackout drapes: Ideal for bedrooms and shift workers; choose the blackout liner while customising and apply 20HGCUR to the whole order.
• Linen and linen-blend curtains: The linen-blend line comes in about 24 colours; order swatches of your shortlist before the final order.
• Sheer curtains: They let light through while keeping daytime privacy and are often layered in front of a blackout panel; embroidered and floral cut-out styles are available.
• Velvet and chenille drapes: Heavier fabrics with a plush feel and better sound and draught insulation; the higher price means the percentage saving is bigger in dollars.
• Bamboo Roman shades: Including a no-drill style; check in the basket whether the code covers them, since the offer targets fabric drapery.
• Tracks, rods & bedding: Snake-style gliding tracks, extendable rods, and bedding sets; add them to the same order as the curtains.

HUGMOOM shipping and payment

• Ships to most countries worldwide according to the store policy, and the tracking number arrives by email once the carrier collects the parcel.
• Shipping is free on orders over $30, and most custom curtain orders clear that threshold automatically.
• Handling takes 3 to 7 business days because curtains are made after you order, then standard shipping takes 7 to 14 business days.
• No delivery to PO boxes or military addresses, the address cannot be changed once shipped, and customs duties and VAT are paid by the buyer.
• Payment: Major credit and debit cards, PayPal and digital wallets where shown at checkout, Prices in USD; your bank may add a currency conversion fee.

Buying from HUGMOOM by country

• The United States: The store's main market: prices in USD, free shipping over $30, and 20HGCUR is valid on US orders until early 2027.
• The United Kingdom: The code works on UK orders and you pay in USD; budget for import VAT and duties that may be collected on delivery.
• Australia: Australia is one of the three code regions; handling plus shipping can approach three weeks, so order early before a move.
• Europe: The store ships to Europe but the code is not listed for it; prices show in USD and duties and VAT are on the buyer.
• Canada: Shipping to Canada is available under worldwide delivery, but the code is for the US, UK, and Australia; you still get the free pillows and the style exchange.
• The Gulf & Middle East: From the Gulf and Egypt you can order directly because the store ships worldwide to home and office addresses, though the code does not cover the region; duties are yours, and anyone with a US or UK forwarding address can use the code and reship.
• The rest of the world: Elsewhere: worldwide shipping is available and free over $30, duties follow your local rules, and the code is limited to the three regions.

Smart saving tips

The site sometimes discounts specific styles, while 20HGCUR covers all custom drapery. Compare the price after the code with any visible markdown, and remember the free pillows come either way. The bigger decision is sizing, not the code: ordering fifty-cent swatches protects you from a mistake that returns will not cover. Returns are limited because the product is made to order: no refunds for change of mind, measuring errors, or on-screen colour differences. The alternative is a one-time style exchange within 100 days of delivery in the same size, where you pay shipping on the new order plus any price difference and keep the original curtains. Damaged or wrong items are handled if you email within 30 days with photos, and there is a two-year warranty on workmanship and hardware defects. Note that the store terms say the exchange programme cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts, so ask customer service before ordering whether a coded order stays eligible for the exchange.

Best seasons to buy: Black Friday and Cyber Monday (November) — the best time to redo every window at once, Spring — when people swap heavy drapes for light sheers, Pre-winter — demand for insulating blackout and velvet drapes, Year-end holidays — bedding, cushions, and pyjamas as gifts.
