Buying from DELSEY Paris by country

• The United States: The core market for this offer: TRAVEL20 works in the US, shipping is free over $200 within the contiguous states, and returns run for 100 days.
• Canada: Canada is covered by TRAVEL20 according to the advertiser; choose Canada in the country menu to see CAD prices, and ground shipping is paid with no free-shipping threshold.
• Europe: In France and the rest of Europe DELSEY sells through its local sites and stores in euros, and TRAVEL20 does not work there; find the nearest point of sale through DELSEY's international site.
• The Gulf & Middle East: The code store does not ship to the Gulf or Egypt. The honest route: in the UAE buy from the official store delsey.ae, which ships from Dubai with Aramex in about 3 working days and lists Oman and Egypt among its shipping countries; in Saudi Arabia buy from DELSEY's distributor Jumairah Marketing via delsey.com.sa or its stores in Jeddah and Madinah malls. For Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain check the country list at delsey.ae checkout or ask a local retailer. Prices there are in dirhams and riyals with their own offers, and TRAVEL20 is not accepted.
• The rest of the world: Rest of the world: the US store does not ship outside North America, and DELSEY sends shoppers to its international site to find the local distributor and warranty terms in each country.

Smart saving tips

On a $349.99 CHATELET AIR 2.0 case, TRAVEL20 saves about $70, while the automatic Pack Smart deal gives $75 only from $300, so the code usually wins on a single item and the automatic deal can win on a big basket. Try both in the cart and keep the lower total. In the Gulf, compare delsey.ae or delsey.com.sa prices after their promotions with the cost of ordering from the US through a forwarder, and remember returns and warranty are easier with the local distributor. Unused items can be returned within 100 days of the original shipment for a refund, as long as they are brand-new with all tags and packaging. You get a prepaid label from the online return centre, and the return cost is deducted: $25 (CAD 35) for suitcases and duffels and $15 (CAD 20) for small bags, waived if the item proves damaged or incorrect. There are no direct exchanges; processing takes about 14 business days, and the credit can take one or two billing cycles to show on your card.

Best seasons to buy: October 2026 — the Pack Smart deal takes $25 off $150 and $75 off $300 automatically until 22 October, Black Friday and Cyber Monday (November) — usually the biggest US luggage sales, 80th-anniversary releases through 2026 — limited colours of CHATELET AIR and CRUISE, Before summer travel and year-end holidays — deals on carry-ons and luggage sets.
