Buying from Balarugs by country

• The United States: BALARUGS15 is for the United States, with free standard shipping arriving in 4 to 15 business days.
• Canada: The store ships free to Canada with similar delivery times to the US, but the code is not listed for Canada and you pay in USD.
• The United Kingdom: UK shipping is free with a 45-day delay guarantee, but the code does not cover it; import VAT may be due on delivery.
• Australia: Australia gets free shipping with a 45-day guarantee, while the code is US-only.
• The Gulf & Middle East: The Gulf states and Egypt are not among the shipping countries in the store policy; you can order to a US forwarding address and use the code, but factor the weight of a large rug into the reshipping cost.
• The rest of the world: Elsewhere: direct shipping is limited to the US, Canada, the UK, and Australia, so use a forwarding address in one of them if you want to order.

Smart saving tips

The best-selling rug is already reduced on the site, and the code adds 15% on top if the basket accepts it, so compare the total before and after the code. Remember sale items cannot be returned, so the real saving comes from choosing the right size the first time. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt if the rug is unused and in its original condition and packaging, and the store emails a return label once your request is approved. However, sale items, gift cards, and custom pieces are non-returnable under the policy, which likely includes the best-selling rug at its current sale price, so choose the size and colour carefully. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 7 working days, and exchanges work by returning the item and placing a new order.

Best seasons to buy: Black Friday and Cyber Monday (November) — after the current code ends on 1 November, Early winter — faux fur rug season for bedrooms, Summer moving season, Holiday season — small rugs and pet beds as gifts.
