Cartlow discount codes on Koubonat

Cartlow is an online shopping platform founded in 2019 in a small Dubai warehouse by a group of entrepreneurs who wanted to raise quality standards in the used and refurbished electronics market. It started as a direct-to-consumer store, expanded to Saudi Arabia after a seed round, and later added business services for handling returns and surplus stock. Cartlow calls itself a re-commerce platform: it buys clearance stock, customer returns, and distributor overstock in bulk, then inspects, grades, and resells it below the price of new.

The Cartlow discount code on Koubonat is QPN12: paste it in the coupon field at checkout on cartlow.com or the Cartlow app in the Saudi or UAE version, and the discount amount shows in the order summary before you confirm. Cartlow is a Dubai platform for new, open-box, and tested pre-owned electronics, advertising savings of up to 50% below market on brand-new items and up to 60% versus new in Premium condition, with a warranty of up to 12 months and a 10-day return window on eligible items. This guide collects the live Cartlow codes on Koubonat (QPN12) plus what to know about international shipping, payment, and returns before ordering.

Buying from Cartlow by country

• The UAE: In the UAE Cartlow is headquartered in Dubai, and shipping costs AED 13, 19, or 49 depending on item size; a top-condition used iPhone 13 was listed at AED 1,749, and QPN12 applies to the basket as shown in the cart.
• Saudi Arabia: In Saudi Arabia Cartlow runs a riyal-priced version, with shipping at SAR 16, 23, or 49 across all regions; switch to the Saudi version of the site or app before pasting QPN12 so the discount is calculated on riyal prices.

Smart saving tips

The biggest saving at Cartlow comes from choosing the condition grade, not from the code alone: the gap between a new device and a Very Good one can be hundreds of dirhams or riyals, and QPN12 adds a discount on top of the listed price as shown in the cart. Be wary of sites advertising Cartlow at 70% or 80% off as if it were a coupon; that is usually the price gap between used and new devices. Also compare the Cartlow store with outside sellers on the same model, since price, warranty, and return terms can differ, and Cartlow says it will match a lower price found on another platform when you submit proof. Cartlow accepts return requests within 10 days of delivery for eligible items, raised from the My Orders page by choosing Create Dispute and selecting the reason and item. Electronics, laptops, and phones must come back in their original packaging and condition, and an item sold as never used is refused if it was activated or used unless there is a manufacturing defect, in which case the box, booklet, and all accessories must be returned. Every return goes through a quality check; if a request is declined, Cartlow tries to deliver the item back twice, holds it for a set period, and then charges AED or SAR 100 to release it. Refunds for cash-on-delivery orders go to the wallet, card orders can choose card or wallet, and shipping costs may apply for some return reasons. Outside sellers may apply their own return policy.

Best seasons to buy: White Friday in November — the biggest electronics sale season, so compare the same device across its condition grades, Back to school in August and September — a good time for refurbished laptops and tablets for students, Saudi National Day in September and UAE National Day in December — recurring local promotions on the platform, After the new iPhone launches in autumn — more previous-generation devices usually reach the resale market.
